Our working method

We start our collaboration with the recruitment scan. Using the scan, we map out the current situation, determine the focus, and decide what the next steps are.
Then, we find the right people. How? We delve into your desired target group and explore the labor market we know so well. Where are the right people, and what do they find important? We also work with statistics, search online forums, attend symposia and MeetUps, and contact the trade magazine or – the old-fashioned approach – the newspaper. This is how we recruit and retain the best people.
